Well this was a good idea when I first though about it, but we're aleady in June and I aint even got out of the damn 240 range... so I guess I just have to be patient... although I dont really know how... darn it!!! I like the idea that someone had on their site so I am gonna borrow it. Starting weight on 5/3/06- 248 (according to my scale at home) 1st goal - 240lbs met on ___/___/2006 2nd goal - 230lbs met on ___/___/2006 3rd goal - 220lbs met on ___/___/2006 4th goal - 210lbs met on ___/___/2006 5th goal - 200lbs met on ___/___/2006 6th goal - 190lbs met on ___/___/2006 7th goal - 180lbs met on ___/___/2006 Final goal -175lbs met on ___/___/2006 Come on' I can do it!!!!:whoo:

:omg:Teresita, Congrats to you, u may not have been walking every day, but u've been getting ur work out ON!!! I am praying for you 3 pound loss today!!1 Tell my team I am rooting for them and sorry I am out of town. its been a struggle because I know the people from my training class and they always want to go eat. I am doing the best i can to take in the right stuff :omg: , but dont hold me closely to it. I have been getting my work out on in the 24 hour gym across the street so hopefully there wont be any gain!!!! See ya when I get back! :omg:

05/05/06 B- Sausage patty w/ cheese 220 cal L- Campbells firehouse chili, it was a two serving container w/ melted cheese stick and splenda 540 D- 3 long beaches... dont know how many calories that will be!

Hey, I didnt even know this was out here. Great, a spot where I can post all my info... where I can look back at a glance, yeahhh. Most that know me know I have not been banded yet. I just finished the 6 month PCP visits and now I am just waiting for an answer. But in the meantime, I am not waiting to jump start my weightloss. Since the new year, I lost 25 lbs and hope to be at goal by 12/31. Some days I do really well and some days... DAMN, life aint so great. Well thanks to all my friends on LBT, I stay motivated and am looking forward to losing this weight for good!!! :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

T, U go gurlll!! See what a little (well mabye more than a lil) extra moving has done! U out them 400's yeahhhh. Okay, but now here is the real challenge. u gotta continure to move!!! Take today off, rest, but then its back to work tomorrow! U and that Awakening guy are gonna be on a first name basis in a minute!!! Enjoy you moment, it is well deserved. U are doing GREAT!!! Now, set ur next goal. A short-tem one so we can work to it. I missed my goal of 250 by the end of April, but no biggie, my goal is 240 by the end of this month. That 14lbs of hard work. but we gon' do it!!!!

05/03/06 B- Water L- Bob evans.... 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, 2 dinner rolls, 3 cinnamon pancakes and lots of syrup... a whole BEEp Beep 2400 calories... D- Yeah right! I gotta get my BEEP together. Okay, this is IT... TOMORROW IS PROTEIN SHAKES AND SALAD.. for the rest of this week. and working out EVERY day!!!

T- I wasnt gonna walk today, but maybe I will... This has been a bad week for me and I am gettin lazy... but u sound so motivated, makes me want to get motivated :faint: TellyMelly- Gurl, thanks... Its frustruating sometimes though. I remember when I lived in NYC, even though I was younger, I always ate but all that darn walking and up and down the train station... I stayed pretty healthy. Then when I moved to Cleveland, that's all she wrote.... Well now that I made another big move, I am not gonna let it happen to me again. Well I am gonna try anyways... I have been so off the rocker though this week, I dont know what the deals is!!! Hey Melinda, BTW.... My gurl and I will be in your neck of the woods this month. We're coming to Orlando May 20-22 for a weekend getaway. If you have some free time, maybe we can get together for a sugarfree margarita or something :hungry: I will send u an email with my number.

And a big thanks for the support. it was very encouraging... if only I had read it before I left work...:grouphug: I did good, almost... I went to the park and walked with my good buddy LSasha for 6 miles, but instead of coming home and not eating... I decided to go to Bojangles and have a Sweet Potato Pie... There went my walk!!! It wasnt even good and now I feel nausious (or however u spell it) When I am doing good, I do great. But the minute I fall off.... its a heck of a time trying to get back in line... and I am so close to my mini goal :faint: But okay, enough of my Bytching. Like Ms. Teresita would say, tomorrow is a new day and we just gotta go from there... So I will do good tomorrow and (almost) every day forward. Thanks again!

Well I wasnt feeling to well these past days, so I been eating all kinds of BAD things... Tuesday after Tops, I have General Tso's chickend, fried rice and an egg roll Yesterday, B- Steak egg and cheese bagel... L- the rest of the General Tso and an egg roll D- 4 fried chiken wingettes, turkey and cheese on a small croisannt and two bomb azz oatmeal raisin Cookies Today B- the new french toast sandwhich from BK L- hopefully a salad D- God help me for what sin I may commit this evening!!! :help: :help: :help: :help: :help:
