So,for my fellow March 7 are you all starting your 2 week liver shrinking diet tomorrow. I've bought 6 tins of slimfast although I hate milkshake ??

I haven't told anyone apart from BF, parents, sister and kids so I can't join any Facebook groups or instagrammers as I don't intend to share my WLS until I'm good and ready. Has anyone else decided not to share their journey?? Everyone I told is wholly against me doing this so it's no wonder I'm not bothering to tell anyone.

March 7th........nervous.

I am literally eating my "last" of everything and have gained 8lbs in 2 weeks. I stopped going to Slimming World and now having major regrets and doubts about going ahead with my surgery. I start my pre op diet next week and I'm currently mourning all the food I won't be able to eat.

It's scary.
