Good luck! First two days are miserable but after that it's all great. Firm pillow or folded towel to brace yourself for when you laugh/cough/hiccup/drive home over road bumps is my advice. Helps a lot!!

Good for you! I'm also about three months out. I know the weight loss has to stop sometime but how good is it to see results!!
