April 20th and counting! It's time to get my life and sexy back!

I am so grateful, Happy, excited as well as exhausted by the journey or process for this procedure, from the initial seminar, to the first consult, the nutrition classes, the battery of tests, the maintaining and losing weight requirements and the god awful WAITING for insurance approval!!!!! Lol But in the end I thank God for this second chance at a healthier life and I embrace the opportunity and responsibility that comes with it!

Yup! The same thing my nutritionist said, It took me 2 added months to get to my weight to be submitted for approval

I did also, if you wanna make sure you make the previous op weight, find a spa with an infrared sauna and make the appointment right before you weigh in, I dropped 5 lbs in 45 min and finally got to my weight

I am 3 days in to my submission period, waiting for an insurance approval seems like forever!

I can't even begin to tell you about all the mixed emotions I have flowing through my body! But today is my day! I'll be getting the sleeve. It will be my first surgery as an adult so I'm very very nervous. On the other hand, I'm more excited to finally be here for my life changing journey!
