  1. My program doesn't allow for gummies.
  2. You know what you're doing wrong. Time to get back on track. Eat like you did in the beginning. You can do it.
  3. Had bypass on the 15th. No pain just discomfort. Started soft foods yesterday.
  4. I'm on day two post surgery. I have one more day of clear liquids. Then I have ten days of soft foods. Yogurt, pudding etc. Then I go to real food. So that's two weeks out. Just start small.
  5. Does anyone find it strange that the surgery what to do's are so different? Mine doest allow for rice, pasta, corn, protein shakes, patches or gummy vitamins.
  6. Everyone in my support groups are happy with the surgery they chose.
  7. Most people I know with the sleeve go back eventually to just constantly dieting. And they regain fastwr.I wanted a full life style change so I went for the full bypass. Crossing my fingers. Just had my surgery yesterday.

  10. Corn is a big no no on my plan forever. I don't plan on risking it. Good luck.
  11. Please don't not take your vitamins. The people with the most problems are people who don't take the vitamins. There are people who end up in wheelchairs because of it.
  12. Not sure where you live or who your insurance is with. I have Kaiser and BMI qualifies you for surgery now. I have no medical issues I'm just overweight and I'm so grateful I get to do it. My surgery is Wednesday. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. I'm wondering why people would opt to go to Mexico. Is there a reason for it other than cost? I have Kaiser and I'm lucky the procedure is covered through my insurance. But if it weren't Mexico would really scare me. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app
