    Since my hair will not stop falling out and I still have a lot on my head. I decided to stick with the up-do. 

    I also added a picture of my ID at my highest weight versus today. I was sooo shocked by the difference. 

    My gym day. I wanted to show my setup at the gym so you can see what I do. 

    I have stopped losing weight but I am losing inches.

      @Newme17 thank you. I really am enjoying the exercise. I even got a coworker to work out with me before work and she was dying but loved it. Lol

      I've always enjoyed working out. My dad taught fitness when I was young, so I grew up in it. I'm glad you're getting in there with it and even got your coworker to join. Just keep it up! Great stress reliever and your body will be thanking you for staying in tip top shape. Good job hon.
