Just an update on the liquid diet:
Starting Weight: 260 lbs
Week 1: 251.6 lbs
Week 2: 248,8
Total loss: 11.4 lbs.
Not what I was hoping but I will take it. It is better than I have ever done before. Long live my achievement.
