Got on the scale today. Lost 8.4 lbs in 5 days. Idk if this is healthy or right but I do know that I am not hungry and excited that for once my hard work is paying off!!!!
Yeah. I can feel myself getting lighter. There is not as much stress on my joints and my ankle. I just would like a day when I can walk like I used too.
