I can tolerate mixed drinks such as a Malibu bay breeze (which is very light) a little pinot, but you have to play it by how you feel when you drink something.

Talk to him about the hunger too I usually don't feel hunger unless I haven't taken my antacid (omeprazole for me)

I would call your surgeon I gained weight out of nowhere too and it turned out it was just Water weight.

The didn't give me a plan for solid foods, like all my other stages came with lists except this one :/

It's all head hunger. I go through the same thing ! Did your surgeon give you an antacid? Because extra acid in the stomach can feel like hunger
