That's the thing I'm not meeting the Fluid and Protein I'm just having a yogurt a day and 2 small meals like yesterday I had 2 scrambled eggs and for dinner 3 spoon fulls of mashed potatoes. I can't get anything down and I drink lots of Water

I called my dr about it the other day I'm 12 days post op and they said atleast a month but light work is perfectly fine. I start today !

Hey guys. I'm 12 days post op and I only lost 10lbs I feel like it's not normal because I'm used to eating so much and now I eat close to nothing. I haven't lost in 4 days and I was used to everyday. I feel like I hit a plateau already and it's only 12 days. I also have it of pain near my belly button and middle to my left side. Should I be concerned or am I just being impatient and freaking out? Thanks guys !
