My pre-op is two Protein Shakes and one meal of lean Protein and brightly colored vegetables for two weeks. I am surprised at how varied they are, too. My surgery is 2/15.

I am getting my surgery on 2/15. I am super nervous and excited. Glad to have a group that is going through the same thing. I am on day 4 of my pre-op diet. I am really craving an orange, but do not want to cheat.

I can't wait to go shopping in a regular size clothing store and know that anything I see and like, I can try on. I don't have to go searching for the largest size on the rack, and hoping they have it.
