Congratulations on your success. Make sure you keep sticking with it day by day. I'm a year out lost 87 pounds and I have to go to the gym every day or every other day still watch what I eat. But I have to tell you I'm more happy now than I have ever been in my life. So stick with it for you you got this

The only one I could really take without gagging and throwing up every five minutes it's premium Protein they have different flavors my favorite was the vanilla. 40 g of Protein 1 g of sugar. It really is not that bad but I was just like you I couldn't handle it. It will be better

Hi, so I'm in my first year and have not gained anything back but I'm maintaining the weight I have now. However my little sister had it done over three years ago and I can tell you she's gained almost 40 pounds. I tell her all she needs to do is eat better and go to the gym but it's really hard once you get back into that funk. I really think there's a way to back. Maybe try to do your postop diet again 2 shakes and a healthy meal or just shakes and see if you can get yourself back on track. I wish you the very best
