I eat okios triple 000 Greek yogurt very good and filling and they have pretty good flavors

This is so me to the T I've even broken out in full blown allergic reaction recently where I was hospitalized they tell me it's hormonal imbalance and with time it'll get back on track my body isn't used to losing so much weight in so little time my mind and hormones will eventually catch up with my body -

I was having that same problem I couldn't go for weeks it was annoying me so I started using ducolax suppositories and that helped a lot now I just take miralax once a day and doctor prescribed stool softener twice a day -

I WAS BEING VERY ANAL I THINK I WAS WEIGHING MYSLEF LIKE EVERY COUPLE HRS AFTER A SHOWER AFTER A BOWEL MOVEMENT IT WAS CRAZY IT A MENTAL THING FOR SO I THREW THE DDAMN SCALE AWAY NOW I ONLY WEIGH MYSELF WHEN GO TO THE DOCTORS MY SURGEONS OFFICE OBGYN OR PCP SO BASICALLY I GET WEIGHED ABOUT 3X A MONTH NOW MAYBE 4 -
IM HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE SEEMS LIKE THEYVE LOST THEIR MASS AND NOW THEY JUST HANG THERE I HOPE THIS GETS BETTER IM TRYING TO SAVE UP TO GET A LIFT OR SOMETHING OF THAT NATURE

BREAKFAST I HAVE YOGURT WITH GRONOLA SNACK PROTIEN SHAKE LUNCH GRILLED CHICKEN MOST DAYS SNACK FRUIT LIKE APPLE OR SOME GRAPES DINNER SALMON OR CHICKEN GREEN VEGGIES NO STARCHES WHAT SO EVER NO CARBONATED DRINKS OR CAFFINE JUST WATER PLAIN OR WITH CRYSTAL LIGHT -
So surgery today didn't go as planned some how some way my throat is to narrow and the procedure the use to put the breathing tube Scratched my throat so it made my throat swell and basically close up so I have to wait another week to have it done I'm staying over night in the hospital for observation and I'm hungry they have me eating ice chips tell further notice this sucks Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
