Stalling is normal in weightloss so is gaining before dropping. It is not indicative of where you end up. Don't restrict calories or you really will stall. Trust the procedure and the process and follow the plan and you will drop.

I am down 28 lbs since starting my pre-op diet. 17 of that 28 has been post-op. I lost in the 1st week post-op, and then didn't lose anything for 2 weeks straight. Then I lost 3 lbs this week! Funny how this all works. I have advanced from soft food to cooked veggies, to eggs and Beans, and now chicken and shrimp. I have tolerated each food really well. I am at the point that I am getting more than 1/2 of my daily Protein goals from real food. Still have some minor discomfort at my incision sites, but for the most part, back to normal. Can't wait to get approval to get back to working out. As promised in my last post, I am attaching a photo of my incisions.Barely noticeable already!
