Anyone getting any advice to make your process smoother? Like simple stuff:
-Walk
-Follow nutritional guidelines
-Start walking before surgery even
-Bring a pillow to hold your stomach when you cough/ride home
-Chapstick

Ha! This is awesome!Woo hoo I had my sleeve today and doing great
been up walking the nurses station non stop. There was excruciating gas pain for the first few hours after surgery but now it's like a dull pain in my chest, neck and shoulder, been burping too which they said helps with the pain(seems too) no actual gas from the other end!!!!Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

So how are you feeling? I can't decide if I'll be more worried about the food changes or excitement that the procedure is so close!Day 1 of preop! Thank god its only for 7 days!!
