I cheated the first three days of the pre-op and still lose 20lbs surgery day. Just stay on track the rest of the way. It's hard but worth it. Hang in there you got this.

5 days post op my answer to can't drink...Popsicles popsicles Popsicles. I was having a hard time with drinking Water and the nurse in the hospital turned me on to Popsicles.
