I have to travel for work this week. How did you take your Protein Powder with you when flying? I've finally found a decent Protein that I like but it only comes in bulk powder form. I'm planning on putting it in a ziplock bag and putting that inside a shaker bottle. Carrying on a bag with a powder may be an issue so I'll be checking my bag. I'll pick up some milk when I land.
Any tips?
P.s. I'm anxious to see how I fit in an airplane seat now that I'm almost half-way to my goal weight. I fit before, but I was not comfortable at all.

That is just weird. I don't get why some people are not supportive. I have yet to meet someone who wasn't supportive.
What is her rationale?

Did anyone do any pre-surgery psychiatric care? I am considering going to Mexico for my surger in May, and I know that oftentimes here in the US you are required to have a pre-op psych visit. I don't see that as being a requirement for any of the surgeons in Mexico, and was wondering if anyone took it upon themselves to talk to someone. Also, which surgeons did you all go to in Mexico?

After doing some serious research I found that the surgeon I was going to use is bad news. We found a News program from San Diego that did a series on "Dr" Almanza with Weight Loss Agents. PLEASE do NOT use him.
I cancelled my surgery and they tried to say it was a smear campaign... We are currently looking at other surgeons or staying here in the USA.Best of luck. Just do your research!

I went to Oasis Hospital in TJ with Dr. Illan 11/17/16 (mini bypass). Two thumbs up The valets through Bariatric Pal MX are awesome, constant companions.
