  1. I'm only 10 weeks out and have only lost 24 pounds. I lost the first 24 pounds in 5 weeks. I have stopped losing for 5 weeks. I started out at 195 and I'm stuck at 171. I focus on my Water and carb intake. I walk every day. My Protein is at 70 to 80 a day. I have changed to just protein liquids yesterday. I just dont know what else to do. I am positive that my calories and carb intake is very low. Any suggestions? I want to lose 25 more pounds and its not budging. Not even a pound!
