So I'm 5 weeks post-op and having trouble getting in Protein looking for something I can mix with Crystal Light and not taste it any suggestions cannot deal with the Protein Shakes too thick and will not go down

Liqiud diet for 10 days b4 surgery and had to fast night b4 at 6pm

I had my surgery January 17th and I stalled on week two without any weight loss for a two weeks not losing a thin then on the 4th week I suddenly drop 7 pounds you'll get there I remember being so frustrated too but it does come up eventually

Before my surgery I hadn't had my period in 6 months I got sleeve on January 17th got my period 3 days later and I still have it two weeks out straight so frustrating guess I'm making up for lost time

I'm 4 weeks out and just had Dr app today my doc cleared Mr fir all solid foods

My surgeon told me to absolutely no pregnancy for 2 years to be safe

Is it necessary to get all the Protein in to lose the weight is that why I'm in a stop because I can only get 30 to 40 grams of protein a day so I was just wondering would more protein intake help me with more weight loss is that a thing

I feel you! At 3 wks I stalled and now I'm 11 days into my stall! I'm beyond frustrated!!! Everyone keeps telling me to be patient and it will end, but really?!!!!!

What you eat and have in your system or how often you have been to the bathroom matters. I gain before my period and shed it off shortly after.
I gained 6 pounds when I stopped taking Protein Shakes for a month but I got back on track as soon as I saw that happen. Never again.

Does anyone else stupid leeway themselves like 3 to 4 times a day like I do and if so does do you fluctuate three to four pounds all day long how is that so?
