  1. Hi I'm just curious as to why you would self pay if you have 100 pounds to lose ? My Bmi is just at 40. I have gained and lost over the last ten years and had bmi from 32 to 38. After I broke my ankle last year it soared to 40 which is why I decided enough Is enough . I have no co morbidities and my blood pressure is oerfect . I just can't lose weight . I have two insurance companies and both approved based on bmi alone. It didn't take long . If you can go the insurance route I would try that first .
  2. So I had emailed the nutritition ist and she said SEltzer is fine. That being said I found a zero cal flavored Water at costco that tastes good and isn't too sweet Kirkland Brand!

  9. Lots of people with willpower can't lose weight ! That's why we look toward surgery . If I could do it with diet and exercise I would but its apparently not possible for me . I have dedicated the last ten years to trying .
  10. Omg sorry! That sounds so obsessive but I don't know how long it takes a liver to shrink
  11. No , the HCG which was 600 ca was the only thing l a did work until I couldn't maintain it and ultimately gained what I had lost plus some . Did it inumerous times in past five years until the last time about a year ago and loss was so slow that it was frustrating and led me here as I knew I couldn't do this roller coaster any more . My preop diet is isn't liquid only . It's 2 Shakes. A protein bar and meal consisting of four oz protein and veggies . I completed day 7 and have not lost a thing and it's only about 1000 calories .
  12. obvioiusly diets have not worked for me . In the past , the only thing that did work was Very low Cal HCG which was about 600 cal a day until even that didn't work . A week on the pre op diet and I've lost nothing ! I'm not worried about following the rules because I have lots of willpower but what if I get sleeved and still do t lose ? Is that possible ?
