What is the issue with lemons after surgery?My surgeon was really nervous about letting me even cook with lemon. He finally said I could when I hit the stage where I could have fish because I begged. Even then he said just a little. I haven't had any issues with it though.

I thought this app would be a positive haven for those who has and are attempting to embark on a new place in their life. I personally don't think that anyone has proof to say if someone's post is true or false. Instead we should be motivating each other and sharing information that could help us all as a team. I sure hope we find a more positive atmosphere going forward.

I was using an isolate but switched to a higher calorie whey made by body forteess. The thought was to increase calories and carbs during the liquid only post opt two weeks.

You are on a very low calorie diet 2 weeks before and after surgery. You don't think it's possible in some cases? I'm down 30 and it's only my 3rd day po opt.This is not true look at the photos 3 weeks no way.

Congratulations! I was also sleeved on the same day. I have not had a day that I could get up to 64oz yet but I'm able to consume a couple of Protein shakes so far. Good luck!

The full feeling will be similar to being bloated and uncomfortable. While sipping and taking breaks between liquids I would suggest to take the time to check and see if more is necessary at that time. However the bloated and full feeling goes away much faster after surgery. Drinking and eating slow will be important to avoid stretching of the stomach.
