Premier Protein shakes. I fit them from Amazon.com because they had different flavors in a combo pack.

The gas pain is the number one complaint of most WLS patients in the early days. As much as you don't want to, walking really will help get rid of it faster. So get up and walk around as much as you can stand to.

Was sleeved Dec 6th, I am amazed I have lost 50 lbs so far. I am finally appreciating my choice to have surgery. First pic was pre op flipping the bird lol and other pic was taken 2 days ago.
