  1. This is useful for me as well. Thanks!
  2. Every program is different. It was fine by mine but then again, I also am allowed to drink coffee 4-5 post-op. I’m over a week post-op now and have yet to want coffee though. Good luck.
  3. Absolutely... you can be the poster child for joining a gym. They may even give you a couple of free trainer sessions
  4. Speak to your team and use this board to vent as needed [emoji4]
  5. As long as it comes out though, eh? [emoji12] See how it goes tomorrow and might be good to invest in flushable wet wipes, the dry stuff will hurt sooner or later.
  6. What a great write-up. I mean, I’m only 1 week post-op but can totally see the value in all of these. Thank you!
  7. You’ll be an honorary October-buddy then
  8. 4-5 days post op... just be careful, no shenanigans [emoji12]
  9. And be sure to arrange for a video or photo to be taken during moment of truth... those faces will be priceless.
  10. Today I realized I haven’t even thought about my knees in a couple of days. They don’t hurt anymore.[emoji171][emoji173]️[emoji172][emoji170]
  11. Yes! I have my 1 week post op check today and already things are looking up! Good luck to you and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
  12. Almost there! You’ll be fine and feel free to ask if you have questions. Good luck!
  13. Cold turkey, 6 mo prior to surgery. More like smoking quit me, you know?
  14. Luuuuuuuuv eggs! Can’t wait to incorporate them again and hope desperately that I’ll tolerate them.
  15. Absolutely!! If changing your date guarantees your husband being there good. As someone who just went through it a week ago I can tell you my husband was a blessing to have at the hospital and when I finally made it home two days later. Good luck!!
  16. Naturally or due to surgery? I’ve always run in the 10-7 range. First couple of days post surgery it was 9-5 range. Now it’s back to normal (1 week post op). I did notice my resting HR went down from 70s to 50s though and that’s back up as well.
  17. Nice progress, congratulations!!
  18. Centrum here as well... surgeon’s recommendation actually (as long as it has 400 folate in it).
  19. Happy to help and yes; here is the link https://www.celebratevitamins.com/sample-pack.html
  20. But I bet you were!! That’s awesome[emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]
  21. My b levels were perfectly fine for as long as I took the melting pre-surgery. I may go back to it too, i think i like it better than the nasal spray, even if I have to take them every day, we’ll see. The b i used was the one from celebrate. Check them out, ask for a sample first. Then you can use the cost of the sample toward any purchases.
  22. I take vitamin b. I take it either in sublingual form daily or as a nasal spray (rx from surgeon). I don’t understand why you shouldn’t be able to take it. What’s the rationale behind it and have you spoken to your doctor about this?
