With me I have been with KAISER for four years and I have always struggled with my weight so every time I go to my doctors weighed me and my weight has not changed much and as well as my BMI I also have high blood pressure and the last few times I've had blood work done my Doctor said im on the verge of possibly being pre-diabetic if I don't start eating right my doctor always mentions that to me. I have Kaiser and they require a 12 week class during this time we go once a week To learn about everything and talk to surgeon and I was told halfway through we start all pre opt stuff. And we have to I think least 10% of our bodyweight Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I have Kaiser insurance I have my orientation on February 7th. We have to take 12 weeks of option classes I heard that halfway through the classes you start all your preop requirements that way when you're done with your 12th class you can set up an appointment to see the surgeon and then have the surgery Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I also have Kaiser I have my orientation February 7th hoping to start the classes right away. I heard once you're halfway through the classes like the 6-8th week you start your preop's with your doctor then when you're completely done with the class you can make your surgery date.
