  1. Cool, thank you my friend. Sadly my weight loss has stopped at 100 pounds. I haven’t lost weight in about 2 months.
  2. I appreciate the response, but I typically don’t wear jean shorts. And I am a long ways away from a 42 waist. Thank you for offering though, I do appreciate it.
  3. Hello. I tried to post this earlier and I am not sure if it went through. I am wondering if anyone has khaki shorts or khaki pants they can donate to me? I need a waist size 48 and a 30 inseam. I can never find anything at the goodwill. I can compensate you for shipping and even give some money for the clothes. If anyone can help me out, please let me know. Thank you.
  4. Hello All, I am wondering if anyone on here has khaki shorts and/or khaki pants they can donate to me. I need a waist size 48 and an inseam of 30. It would really help me out. I can never find big mans clothing at GoodWill. I can pay you for shipping and even pay a little bit for the clothes. I just can not afford to order any new big mans clothing currently. Please let me know if you have anything you want to get rid of. Thank you.
  5. Count me in. I like the ESPN setup and the yahoo one.
  6. Tell your boyfriend to go F**K himself. Get the surgery for you and to extend your life. Get thin and hot and find a new understanding boyfriend. Your boyfriend sounds like a real douchebag, VSG is not the easy way out. It is actually very hard.
  7. Pretty awesome. Keep up the great work.
  8. I was starving the morning after surgery. My stomach was literally growling, it was awful. I didn’t start to feel good until soft foods.
  9. Have you had many previous abdominal surgeries? If there is scar tissue in your stomach, your pain could be worse. I recovered very fast and had little pain, my wife on the other hand was in a great deal of pain. However, she had a lot of scar tissue from c-sections and other procedures.
  10. You have lost 7 pounds in 10 days, that is really good. That is almost a pound a day. My dietician said to expect about 1.5 to 2 pounds a week. Sounds like you are doing good to me.
  11. I only missed 4 days of work. Had surgery on a Thursday and was back to work on Wednesday. 1 week would be sufficient in my humble opinion.
  12. That’s pretty awesome. I must admit I am jealous. It says a lot about you that you were able to lose 70 pounds before surgery.
  13. Dang CreekImp, I knew you were a freak. I could just tell.
  14. That’s funny, I was reading about scientology yesterday. Their beliefs are completely insane.
  15. Nice to see you, I was wondering how you were doing. You haven’t posted in a while. Glad you are well.
  16. My wife and I were sleeved together, two months apart to be exact. I am able to take in more than her. Granted I am about 6 inches taller than her and male. I just fear my surgeon didn’t remove enough stomach. It could all be in my head.
  17. I hope things go well for you. I have said all along I swear my sleeve is too big. I am down 100 pounds in 7 months, but have not lost any weight in about 4 weeks.
  18. I never exercise and my weight loss has stalled. I have to get my azz moving if I want the weight loss to continue.
  19. Wow, that is an awesome transformation. You look great. Have you been working out in addition to the diet restrictions?
  20. I feel like my weight loss has stopped at 7 months out. I feel like I will not lose anymore than the 100 pounds I have lost already. I am pretty bummed about the whole thing. I have been eating right all week and the scale is going up and not down. I must admit I have not exercised a single bit since surgery, I know I need to but cannot get motivated to do so.
  21. Including day of surgery, I only missed 5 days of work. I have a sit down and stand up job, it wasnt bad at all.
  22. But here’s the thing.......I want it gone now!!!! Oh well I just have to be patient.
  23. Do not cancel, that would be incredibly lame. I was scared before surgery and had thoughts about cancelling and I am so glad I didnt. I am down 100 pounds in 7 months and feeling much better. Life will be difficult after surgery as the surgery is not a cure all but just a tool to help you lose weight. Think about how many times you have tried to lose weight on your own, maybe you had success but did you have long term success? did you keep the weight off? Being scared is understandable as it is major surgery, but it will be well worth it. It will not be easy but you can do it.
