I believe head hunger is a myth. Head hunger is like big foot or the Loch Ness monster. I feel real hunger and early on I was convinced my sleeve was too big. Try to do dense proteins to fill you up. Those tuna creations and salmon creations are pretty good and not terribly expensive. -

Yep, my shirts are huge. My dress shirts look ridiculous. It is a neck size 24 and it looks absurd. -
What you are feeling is normal. “Buyers remorse” is very common. My wife experienced it. I did not really experience it that bad. I do miss food very much. I am down 70 pounds in roughly 12 weeks, so that is pretty sweet.

I had the sleeve 11 weeks ago and am just starting to feel my hunger lessen. I was very hungry for a long time post surgery.

Small sips of water. Don’t try to take big gulps. Follow your doctors advice. Don’t try to eat anything you aren’t supposed to. I ate a few bites of lasagna 4 days post op because I was losing my mind. That was a really bad idea. In addition to the health risks it posed it also hurt really bad. -

I have been sober for almost 10 years. Haven’t felt like drinking in a long time, now that I can’t abuse food a tall draft beer sounds good to me. I think the last meeting I went to was 6 months ago. I feel like I could literally beat someone to death I have so much anger and hatred built up right now. -

Not sure. Just not feeling well. Haven’t been to an AA meeting in about 6 months. I am down 62 pounds and yet still miserable. -

I too am extremely depressed. I have nothing but feelings of anger and hatred. I don’t want to be around anyone. I feel like I hate my wife. I am tired and mentally exhausted. Wish I could pick up a drink or a drug but I know that isn’t the answer. -

I remember the first time I touched a girls titties, I was 14 and I couldn’t believe it was happening. Her name was Mandy. It blew my mind to finally play with titties. I have loved titties ever since. God bless you Mandy wherever you are.

You don’t want to follow my diet, trust me. I am sure there are others on here that can give you better advice.

I try to drink a lot of water and I eat pretty much every two hours you just have to watch your caloric intake

I am right there with you. I am 8 weeks out and I am always hungry. The only time I am not hungry is right after I eat. I have heard others say to try an ant-acid in case it is the acid mimicking hunger pains but I have not tried it yet. I am down 45 pounds in 8 weeks. 60 pounds including the preop diet so I cannot complain too much.
