I made a baked ziti using the Birdseye zucchini and lentil noodles with ground turkey, homemade pasta sauce and some cheese. My husband is a picky eater and he really liked the meal. I have also used riced cauliflower to make "fried rice" which my family also liked. I have also found a really good cauliflower pizza crust from a company called Califlour. My husband and son were super skeptical because I have tried making them myself and were horrible failures. They really liked this crust and said they had no idea it was cauliflower.
