I have regained some weight I went from 19st 9 to 12 stone four years post op I am currently 14 stone and I want to start losing again I didn’t get to my ultimate goal of 10.10 ( I am emotional eater and have had a lot of issues I suffer with PTSD , Pernicious Anemia , Vitamin D ,zinc deficiency so nerve pain muscle pain are part of daily life I am pretty sure my stomach is stretched out to full size again but I am a mother wife and work full time so I need to get healthy ( I am going to try Protein Shake and Keto because sugar is my down fall )
