  1. My sister lives with me and she can pull me off in to the deep end with a snap of her fingers. I'm pre op and I'm really trying to get on track with my diet. And it seems like when ever I do get a handle on things my sister comes in with these ideas to get bad foods/fast food. I've tried to say no but if she mentions something enough times I can't help myself I'm drooling over it and I also feel bad telling her no. I need help, advice. I'm desperate. Who's gone through this and how did you deal? Tia

you have to find a way to say no or invite her to try healthier options or if you visit those unhealthy spots order from the healthier menu. what i find to work is iviting the to help you cook you will still have the bonding time while cooking and you wont fall off your diet.

  2. So on Monday I start my pre-op diet. Which consist of many Protein shakes throughout the day. I've been doing a lot of research on different types of Protein Shakes but I still can't seem to decide. The nutritionist suggest the Protein shake has more than 20 grams of Protein per scoop. Anyone has any suggestions they might want to share? I like chocolate flavored anything to be exact.

Premier shakes seem to be the go to unless you prefer to make your own shakes. the chocolate I been told taste good I like banana and strawberry

  3. Fat woman problems: Cant hold ya legs black or your legs to heavy for ya man to hold them back. even with ya legs back you still have to spread tights apart to get to it. When you on ya hands and knees your stomach hits the bed so its like you laying down. it take a lot of energy to change positions. You dont like riding cause you think you will hurt him.

  4. 15,000 a day here..I'm constantly challenging myself..glad my energy has come back so I can get those steps in! Lol

I love my Fitbit. I have joined many stepping challenges. I would enjoy participating in any of your challenges for motivation.

  5. No just 12-15 since surgery. The first few came off during the liquid diet before surgery. I am only eating once or maybe twice a day. I might need to increase. And the bms are pretty slow. Only twice this week.

Yes you need to eat more often really small meal or sub with a shake every 2 to 3 hours put something in ya mouth. And walking with speed up your BMS. I had to take Milk of Magnesia because the Iron in my Multivitamin was backing me up. wasn't in taking enough Water. please get in 2 large (33oz) bottles of Water a day minimum. it will help with the BMS.

and get a fitbit it will have you up walking!

  6. I need to charge my Fitbit. Then maybe we can do challenges to inspire each other.

I'm a big fitbit fan too - I usually can hit 10,000 steps daily, just from work, but it's the days off that I have to push myself to get out of the house and walk as much as I can. I hope the fact that I'm walking so much now will help me out when I am post-op.

yes lets get our fitbit on add me we can challenge each other

  7. I tried to post this before but I guess the Bariatric Gods did like it

IM 64 days out and i am loving it. I know the first time my Doctor told me I have to walk 10000 steps a day I want to cuss him out a hundred fold. In my mind i was thinking what the f**k are you talking about im not about to run a Marathon what is this foolishness you speak of. It was another one of those moments when I was about to throw in the towel. But i got over it told myself I dont have to do 10000 a day I can do 2000 maybe 3500 but then i had my surgery and I started to lose and lose and lose and this energy made me get up and walk I noticed that when i walk I can poop easier and the weight comes off even faster and now i find myself determined to to hit 10000 everyday I must say that the Fitbit has been a great tool for me but i think it you have a step counter it will inspire you. I found good step counters on Wish.com for cheap.

if your a Fitbit owner and want to have some motivation add me to you fitbit friends list Madmanpbsgc@gmail.com

  8. I echo @Vinasu.

I need a much lighter touch now that there is less of me to, ahem, play with? More sensitive, and I love being smaller so we are really cradling each other, and the legs wrapping around is awesome! No longer are they falling apart or using upper thigh muscles.

Now I feel like that bad Bond Girl, Xenia Onatopp, who could crush a guy between her thighs (if she chose to go that route. I prefer to use my newfound skills and strength for more loving and fun ideas.)

Now if we could get the little cockblockers to go nap at the same time, we might get in some midday nookie! LOL. (Age 3 and 4.)

Loving it! LOL Robitussin will put them to sleep in minutes. lol Just kidding!! Congrat to the new found Sex goddess in you.

  9. is that 20 Lb after Surgery if so that is great. What Vitamins are you taking? are you having normal bowel movements? are you always hungry if so stop the Soups , Soups go thru you to quick you want to do food that will stick with you veggie chili chicken thighs pulled apart. I started to eat more salads and it helps with the bowel movements. If your taking Celebrate it is a good brand but i wasn't taking enough the tablet is big but it takes two of those tablets to equal the value on the label. so make sure your take the right dosage of your Multivitamin. every two hours you should be eating something if not eating drinking a shake. oh yeah the must important thing walking yes it can really really help with your bowel movement and burn the calories off.

How many weeks post op are you? What week did you start salads? I'm 7 weeks out and having bowel movement "delays":) Thanks for the above. Hope it helps the person who posted.

  11. Yesssss!!!!! it is a beautiful thing I mean I have been a overweight man all of my life and I have never had any problem performing at all never had a problem getting it either always had a few on the team at all times. but dammit if I knew then what I know now I would of had the surgery a decade ago. I mean I'm on porn star status there is nothing I cant and wont do. energy level is on 10 and yes it is true when you lose weight it does look bigger what I find its not really bigger it less stomach to get in the way so your able to go deeper. I knew it was the case when getting it in with someone I got it in with a few times stated I was going to deep. sorry if this is to much for y'all grow folks. its just amazing how you transform so quick. 62 day post and 60lb down.

Yep. It's kind of insane isn't it?

    Weight for consultation: 216 lbs.

Pre-op Weight: Unknown until January 20th.

My profile picture is not me. It's my "FitSpiration" body.

Why not a picture of yourself. embrace the sexiness of you now so when the change happens you'll only love yourself more.

  14. From a female perspective, I'm also really enjoying myself. My theory is that my fat surrounded the most important organ and nerves making everything less sensitive.

My sex life had not been up to par for years, but I chalked it up to being older, having kids, and working a high-stress job. It turns out, I just wasn't getting everything I needed because of the fat. Now, holy cow, I feel good!
