I used a sugar free pudding mix and it worked good! Mixed the pp with the pudding powder, skim or almond milk and blend.

Hi! I have not tried these myself yet as I'm only one week post op, but thought I would share....protein Jell-O shots (no alcohol )
1 box sugar free Jello, 5 scoops gene pro Protein, makes 14, 2oz shots, each one is 12.5g protein!

I just had mine done and from the day I talked to my doctor I 100% knew this is what I had to do! I could lose weight on my own but never could maintain it for any large amount of time, me and my body were so sick of the yoyo weight gain and loss that I knew this would be the only way for me to maintain a healthy weight!
