I have a weird question.. maybe.. we'll see. After surgery when you started losing weight do your stretch marks ever feel itchy? I know I'm not having a allergic reaction but I only itch where I have stretch marks. Please tell me someone else had this problem and what can be done.

Did anyone have problems taking medication after surgery? I use to be able to swallow horse pills but now when I put even a small pill in my mouth it's like my mouth and throat freaks out. Can anyone relate?

I haven't had a bowel movement in days.. and quite frankly I'm not sure when the last time was I had one. I was in the ER last week for kidney stones and was given pain medicine while I was there. At first, I figured that's why I haven't had a movement but I'm a week out and still nothing. I took some Milk of Magnesia this morning and still nothing. Any ideas? Tips?

What kind of exercise are we able to do 4 weeks out?

My nutritionist told me we can't because we're more likely to get air in our stomach but I've had people tell me as long as you drink it slow then you should be fine. I haven't tried it yet though.

How long should it take to drink 8oz of Water?

I've realized ever since I got out of the hospital that my mouth gets dry really easily. I wake up multiple times at night because it's so dry. I've read that it could be because I'm dehydrated but I'm already drinking so much Water a day. Also, I've noticed that I've had bad breath. Not morning breath or anything like that but I can't get it to go away. Any ideas or experiences with this?
