Ok, I received a letter approving a hospital stay. Is that the only letter that comes, or did I miss one. I see some received a letter stating the exact procedure. How do I know if i have to do any other requirements? Sorry if I sound stupid but I'm so confused right now. BUT WAS EXCITED TO SEE APPROVED!!! Im doing the diet with the nutrionist at my surgeon's office. So each month we meet and do weigh ins, blood pressure check, etc. I have 2 more appt to go. The nurse there said she and the surgeon usually have the paperwork completed in a few days and typically here back from the insurance company within 2 weeks. She said they have so many days to respond but I can't remember what she said.
