I am 2 months (and 2 dietician meetings) into my 6 month supervised nutrition requirement. But I have yet to have anyone give me any type of pre-surgery weight loss requirements.

Does Anthem require a certain amount of weight loss in that 6 months, or just the proof that you've been on some type of program? Any insight is appreciated.

Does anyone have experience with the weight loss surgery center of the central coast

It was really good until the end. Make sure your facility and surgeon are both blue distinction or you will be denied. They're approval process takes five days but hound them anyways I got mine in three. No complaints otherwise

Just starting the process...saw my primary today. Does everyone with Anthem Blue cross PPO have to do the 6 months supervised nutrition?
