  1. What does your insurance say is their criteria? Usually you can find it online in the fine print of your insurance documents. It isn't the surgeon's criteria. Mine was a BMI of 40 or 35 to 39.9 with one co-morbidity. Some require 2 co-morbidities. Given your co-morbidities, you would qualify with my insurance. Don't gain more weight. That's counterproductive!

  2. @[mention=308106]ddr2017[/mention] Wow that is fast. I have Capital Health Plan a local HMO in Tallahassee, Fl. My doctor has works with them before and says I shouldn't have an issue. So fingers crossed ????????. I'm excited for you! Good luck

    What doctor are you going with? I have chp too and Dr Wright always says not to worry about that they're an easy insurance. I'm praying so bc I'm nervous as helllll. Lol. I have one more nutrition appt which is March 3rd (Dr made me do 3) then I can submit for approval.
