    New here, procedure set for Jan. 12, 2017!

    Mine is a two week liquids with a surgery date of 1/19 for the sleeve. Every dr has different requirements I am finding so please check with your Dr on what is ok. Mine is pretty strict Protein shake broth or Jello Protein Shake Broth or jello For dinner I make my own shake muscletech whey protein with almond milk (ok'd by doc) Then a sugar free non red popsicle. Lots of Water with crystal light. I lost 3 pounds 1 once the headache from the diet change left I feel good. HW 330 CW 235 Surgery date 1/19/17-Sleeve

    I read some don't and some only require if you have a high BMI. Mine is 41. So not super high but he requires for all, maybe just to be safe. Ugh I poured chicken broth to take to work tomorrow and am not feeling excited on it lol. But at least I love the shakes. HW 330 CW 235 Surgery date 1/19/17-Sleeve

    Protein powder recommendations

    I use muscletech chocolate from amazon with almond milk. I start full liquids tomorrow and will be doing premier shakes for Breakfast and lunch the the muscle tech for dinner. In the ninja with a cup of almond milk it's like a milkshake. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
