Guys im getting super scared the closer I get to getting this surgery. So scared that Im starting to think maybe I should back out. I don't know what to think. Everyone I talk to says negative thinks about the surgery. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help tell me some pros and cons of getting this surgery. Thanks. FutureFitGirl

Don't feel bad at all...I don't see it as being judgmental, I see it as being honest. Life is precious and we all worry about our health but this surgery may not be a quick fix. Like you said even after the weight is lost you have to deal with long term complications its not something to be taken lightly. I appreciate your honesty. Oh really? Wow! Thats cool. I work Newborn Nursery and I used to do NICU. @1poundatatime I have no kids yet and I think it may be because of my weight issues. I only got pregnant twice and both times had miscarriages [emoji106] FutureFitGirl

One day I feel really excited and the next I start thinking maybe I shouldn't do this. However, I feel like I need to write a list of pros and cons to keep me motivated. Thank you so much lisalisa5678 you are right and it is none of their business. I have tried a lot of diets too and all failed or I lost weight only to gain it back. My Father had high blood pressure and diabetes and now my blood pressure is starting to go high and im only 28. Im trying to stay off of anti-hypertensives and ear healthy. However, I do want a health me in the future. I think im letting what ppl think and have to say bother me too much. You are right they are not the ones who have to live i. Guys Im so scared. Thinking of maybe even backing out after I had my mind set on this for so long. People are completely clueless about this procedure yet they have so many negative things to say. Im 5'4 250lb and 28yr old and everyone says you can do this on your own your young. Food is an addiction for me. Would you tell a drug addict no to get help from a doctor or that he could do it on his own. Nobody but people going through it understand that food is an addiction. If I don't do this I don't think I will ever be a Healthy weight. But im scared. My friend at work was like oh I know someone who did surgery to lose weight and died but maybe everyone is different and that wont be the outcome for everyone. [emoji106] FutureFitGirl

I am a nervous reck.. I have just started going through the approval process and I already have alot of anxiety about this procedure. My doctor had a really good track record but im do scared. Keep thinking bad thoughts and idk how to make them stop. [emoji106] FutureFitGirl
