So I was going to come up with this wonderfully witty subject line and opening about how we all make goals at the beginning of the year and how those goals can often fall by the wayside and yadda....
But listen.
I value your time FAR too much! So here's what I have to say today.

Do it all four weeks and you could take home the "Winner Takes All" grand prize! Meaning...if you win the grand prize you win EVERYTHING everyone else got all four weeks (plus some extra stuff).
But the Bariatric Foodie Pledge isn't just about the prizes. You'll also get MEGA-support and motivation to work on your goals, including:
