Day 4 after surgery and still have horrible pain where they removed the stomach. Still not able to get all my liquids for the day. I think the max I had was 20 oz. ever time I take a tablespoon of anything it makes me sick to my stomach and I get tremendous pressures in the chest. -

Got released this afternoon. Have a lot of pain at the incision where they pulled out my stomach. Even with pain medication. Other than that I am having a tough time getting down more than one or two tablespoons of anything without feeling sick. From what I read that seems normal for the first few days. -

How did everyone do? I had some bad abdominal pressure yesterday but it got better throughout the day. This morning I have had some good burps and I have slight discomfort in the upper chest but not too bad. Walked a couple times yesterday and I will walk through the day today. -

I see my surgeon Wednesday and finish my last workshop after that. I find out Friday what time the surgery is on Monday. I turn 50 on Thursday so the surgery is my gift to myself. -

I got my approval and expecting a call from the hospital to schedule my date tomorrow. Dr said most likely April 3-4th.
