    I had about 5 chicken nuggets with ranch dressing. Never again!
    You're right about sleep. Lying down and sleeping makes it go away temporarily. The only drawback is that I can't drink Water while I sleep. Lol

    have a tummy pillow. Make sure there is a recliner in your home you can sleep in for after the hospital and if not getting a body pillow.

    Stock up on sugar free popsicles! I had my surgery RnY on 2/8 and I'm addicted. I'm struggling to get me Protein in but I manage a Premier Protein shake so far. I take miralax with it because the Constipation is intense. And the incision pain is rough. But I am walking and trying to do what the doctor says. It's just an adjustment.
