  1. I guess I am in the 3 week stall. No weight loss week 3 to 4 so far. Have increased walking time to 45 mins per day, but still just a brisk walk.
  2. Ginsin - oh no! Could you have the flu? Do the best you can to get those fluids!!!
  3. All of the above!! [emoji2][emoji106]
  4. Down 17 lbs since surgery 1/12, down 25 total with pre op diet.
  5. Hi! Sleeved 1/12/17. In purée phase. Welcome!
  6. Another week and a half on purée, then I move to soft foods. I'm nervous- I too had some pain the last two days after eating - think I ate too much at one sitting, and I sure felt it in my chest!! Sleeved 1/12/17.
  7. How are you feeling? Everything going ok with your recovery? Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App All going well with recovery. Pretty much everything I expected. I've heard purée phase can be one of the hardest - I'm told once we get to soft foods, meals may feel more satisfying. How about you?
  8. 3 weeks post op - and yup, missing food!!
  9. Yes. Post op my doctor considers Protein shakes part of liquid intake. Goal 64 oz. Longer term goal is to have 64 oz water though.
  10. Ginsin007 - so right about how quickly things change - I'm 3 weeks post op and I'm doing better with drinking water!! Not 64 oz, but getting there when counting other fluids. Every day is a new day !!!
  11. Haha! Right there with you about wearing boots - looking forward to wearing high boots!!!!
  12. Congrats Dragonfly!!! Keep up the walking!!
  13. 3 weeks post op - sleeved 1/12/17. Completed one week on purée. Been the same weight or losing, until today gained 2 pounds. I know it's not a catastrophe, but disappointed!!!
  14. Hi! Pre op diets seem to vary by doctor and by patient. Give your dr a call. I only needed 1 week pre op diet. But the weeks leading up I would replace a meal here and there with a protein shake to try some different kinds.
  15. Hi! Sleeved 1/12/17. Finishing first week purée phase, 2 more to go. So far yogurt, made crockpot beef stew (just meat, onions and carrots), tried ricotta bake recipe, Protein pudding, and Panera turkey chili (a cup as take out, purée'd very nice - split into two meals). Not huge amounts, but tolerating well so far. Still 2 - 3 Protein drinks. Struggle to get enough water - it's a journey! [emoji2]
  16. Hi!! Philadelphia, PA. Sleeved 1/12/17 - overall all going as expected, no regrets!!!
  17. Congrats!! I think taking the first step is one of the hardest! I had the sleeve on 1/12/17, so just almost 3 weeks post op. So far so good! Wishing you all the best!
  18. So sorry to hear of your troubles. Wishing you better days ahead!!!
  19. Best wishes!! Sleeved 1/12/17.
