Watch your calories....get them under 1200. Up your exercise and switch it up...if you do the same exercise all the time your body adapts and it's less effective. Throw in something completely new in your routine.
Most of all...be patient, and stay the course. Stalls suck, but they're part of the game.
So this long of a stall happens? That makes me feel better. Ok I'll try to switch it up

Hi all. I'm 14 months post surgery (down 90 lbs) and need advice.
I've been stalled since November (no loss no gain) and would appreciate any help from those who have been in the same boat.
Thanks all!!!

I don't have the pain but terrible vomiting. Docs think gallbladder might be the problem (ultrasound shows its full of gallstones).
Do you happen to remember if vomiting was an issue for you before it was removed?
I just don't want to go through a second surgery, especially feeling like this, if its not going to fix the problem
I had vomiting south mine. It had to come out 3 months after surgery. The pain was the worse tho. Mine had stones and started a blockage.

Upping calories, for me, has broken my stalls effectively. I had a long (5 weeks) stall between 5-6 months and I thought it was never going to end. I tried lowering my calories and that didn't work so I went the other way, upped them a little and bam, lost 10 pounds in about 3 days which is big for me as I'm a slow loser. I genuinely lost about 1-2 pounds a week. I've actually been in a stall the last month. I lost 10 pounds in a day due to a stomach bug, slowly regained 7 pounds over about a week and then have lost those 7 pounds again over about 3 weeks and have been stalled since then, it happens.
I would love to get more info on what you did. Im on month 6 and I've been stalled for 5 weeks. So how much did you up your intake?

I made an appointment to see a general surgeon next week. I'm so bummed, but I'm happy to move forward w/ making sure that level of pain doesn't cripple me again. Man, that crap hurts!
I agree out was some of the worst pain ever... good luck

As everyone else said (and your planning) for to the dr. I'm close to the same time as you and I was having pain. It could be several things but better safe than sorry. I ended up having another surgery but it could have been worse if I didn't get it checked out.
