I am with ya'll...in the 3rd week now and scale hasn't moved. Glad I heard about the 3 week stall cuz I was freaking out....lol Not going to stress, just staying focused. If you want to make a donation of some of your nice pieces consider this. Check with your local battered woman's shelter. Many of these women leave with the clothes on their back. I am sure they would be very grateful for your donation. Imagine how good it would be for their self esteem. I could not think of a better place for your collection to go if you should part with some of it. If I ever make it to a size 2, there isn't a chance in he'll I will ever get this big again. Only my husband and my niece who had the surgery knows. I am going on 3 weeks post op and not telling anyone. It's my business my body. My niece said if anyone asks what are you doing to lose say, " I am on a strict diet under my doctors supervision and I count calories and no carbs."It's not a lie and it's best for the cat to stay in the bag than have it get loose. I have a hard time ingesting something that you can clean a toilet with. Coke, diet coke products can be used to clean your toilet. That alone should be enough to not make you want to drink soda. My doc also doesn't promote massive amounts of protein. They say 45grams is all you need. I also don't like analyzing the macros either. I do write,what I eat so I can see each exactly what goes in. But i,am like you, fish is fish, yogurt is yogurt. If I had to track everything like that I would get very frustrated and find eating to be too much of a chore.
