    Yeah I got one at Walmart for like 12.00. Makes my tummy feel better after a walk or any pain I have. Also I have used my pill splitter more than I thought. I got constipation and I bought gummy fiber and worked great. SW: 481 CW: 425 GW: 230 Sleeved 8/9/2017

    6 days out and I feel really good!! Getting 60-70 grams of protein, 70 oz of water, no more gas pains!! Taking all meds without issues. Finally had a bowel movement, woohoo. I have the drain tube in until Thursday ....ugh but hopefully I can move to pureed foods this week. I feel like I can eat a steak without problems (well 2oz).
