So I just make sure I get all or majority of my protein in and I drink water 24/7!! Protein: 60g Water: 90oz Is what he told me to do, also I eat carbs all the time. I never post on here because people are quick to bash, but trust me when I say do what is best for you! It's ok to have carbs every now and then. I snack a lot also and look at me! Just learn your body, as you adjust to your sleeve and see results you won't even think of carbs I promise!! You will feel normal just eating way less

Hi guys today marks one year since I was sleeved. It was quite the journey but I'm so glad I took it. Whenever I have to scroll on here or ask a question I always see people saying they don't have a support system. I didn't either.. I only had one person which was my mom. All you need is ONE person. It can be your doctor, parents, sibling, spouse etc. Don't let anyone or their opinions stop you from changing your life for the better. I'm glad I didn't fall into that trap.
