Today was my last day of yoga classes. I have been doing it for months and could not stand it. Bittersweet moments [emoji30] what am I going to do on Tuesday & Thursday nights now? Can’t think of anything else besides the gym

If you go to the gym what are some of the workouts you guys do??? Also at home exercises? I go on treadmill for 45 mins daily. I do 20 squats twice a day. But I feel like I should be doing much more just don’t know what exactly to do [emoji30] Anyone take yoga? I take it twice a week and when my payment pass is up I think I will stop.
