i eat popcorn 3 to 4 times a week. i love it as a snack but only a serving size two cups. it i eat more it makes me sick. i like the skinny pop because of the little packages keep me from eating to much. But now when i pop it myself i only put the right portion in a bowl to eat because it it is in big bowl i over eat.
