Hi GayleTX, I think you have me mixed up with someone else. I cannot tolerate breads of any kind. I am way to tight. I have problems with anything that is not soft or can be chewed until mush.

I have had one fill, banded on 1/18. I am now just starting to have problems with feeling full and may need to have an adjustment. I think that I may be too tight.

We found out that when you go to some high end resturants they call this fish St. Peters fish. We asked at the fish market and they told us it was Tilapia. And the proce was a whold lot different than was we were paying at the resturant!!

In WW they tell you to take low fat choc graham crackers and fill them with cool whip lite or free and freeze them. They taste like ice cream sandwiches. I have tried it and they are good but Ice cream sandwiches they are not. I could eat them instead of Ice cream sandwiches and feel like I had something special. Linda

I am two weeks post op and was wondering what do you do about pbing in public. Do you have time to go to the bathroom? I sure would hate to have to avoid going out to eat for the rest of my life.
