I have them to. The only way to remove is sugery. I had one removed a few years ago and there still popping up all over my arms neck and shoulder where the other on was remove.

I finally got my Wii and now waiting for FredMyers to get a fitness board I have connection my DH works there and they will hold me one when they get them hope it soon can start that before Surgery to build up some muscles. Got my Granddaughter a Bratz game and glad I like the music its on alot. I was Blessed and have had her since she way a newborn. I tell you it can sure make you tired at time with all this weight I'm carrying and My back (had 3 back surgeries) my hip is bothering me and one knee my legs hurt most of the time to the point I find it hard to walk.
