I am kind of excited to get back to exercising. I got some new workout clothes for Christmas. My weight has kind of stalled too and I am three weeks out about. I am glad to hear it is thing. I was a little concerned. I am excited to actually see the exercise help.

I had my 2 week post op today. Down 23 lbs. started at 320. Released to start exercising.

I can't eat Whole Foods. I am 15 days out. And I wonder why I keep throwing up. Geez. Sometimes I am so stubborn!

I never liked cottage cheese but it has been a godsend. It can be mixed with purée chicken . Pretty tasty. Yea this lil stomach will let u kno when ur doing to much. Had a part of a pizza Hut bread stick. It came back up. It seems to be a learning curve.

What is the 30/30? 30 minutes before and after. Yea it sucks especially when I have been sipping all day. I been trying pureeds for a while. Threw up a couple times . Take it slow.

Hey from Nebraska. Had the surgery 12/7/16. Just learning what and how much. Just wanting to see what other folks are going through. I have been reading weight loss surgery for dummies. It has been helpful. But nothing like communication. Thanks

Mine was done 12/7. Down 20 pounds. Like what??? I am healing. I have a desk job so I went back to half days. That has been stressful. I went and got weight loss surgery for dummies from the library. It has been helpful. I don't get the same full feeling I got before. Weird. Tired but not overly. Checking to make sure my Vitamins are up to par. Any total liquid vitamins that fit the bill?
