I had surgery on 12/21/16. My starting weight was 298 and I am currently 235, 63 lbs down. I believe I am starting a stall now, as I've been 235 the last week, but I feel great! I rode a bike for the first time in 3 years and I've started playing (extreme) tennis.
That's awesome. Keep up the good work!!!

12-27-26 was my surgery date. Surgery day 356. Currently 290. I'm on a stall for the last few weeks as well. Just patiently waiting. ....I know it's going to start up again, but the wait can be tough. Plus side, I feel like I'm still shrinking [emoji4]
I know sometimes even though the scales are not moving I'm losing inches. I'm wearing clothes that I haven't wore in quite a while and some for the very first time. Of course I definitely want the scales to move down. I haven't really been exercising much but I'm really to kick that into gear. Good luck and God Bless all on their journey to good health.

Thank you. I believe I'm on my biggest stall yet. Hope it moves soon. Trying not to think about it too much though.

I know personally I usually don't post my pictures but I'm trying to come out of my shell and honestly I keep hitting stalls and need a dose of motivation. I love reading everyone's story of their journey which helps a lot with the motivational needs. Thanks to everyone, we can do this!!!!

I've been at a stall for the past week or so. I thought I was doing good lost a total of 43lbs. Will be two months out on Feb 7th. So I was wondering about what type of exercises everyone has been doing? Any advise is appreciated. Thanks!!!

When your 12 year old daughter sees you in leggings and says "your legs are skinner mom". Makes you feel amazing!!!

I'm a little over a month out and have experienced vomiting pretty constant since my sleeve on December 7th 2016. I to have wondered about this. Sometimes it's I realized I hadn't took my stomach pill at that time and others it didn't matter if I had or not. I feel if it's like trial and error as if learning what to and what not to eat and how much as well as how fast to eat.

It seems as friends and family have noticed and the scales but I'm not really seeing it. I wore legging for the first time in my life and while my best friend reassured me they looked great I still felt self conscious. My pain is at a low point. I'm regaining my energy in small bursts but so ready to be back walking and full exercising. I love reading on here because there is always someone with the same questions and others who have answers. I'm so thankful to all.

Travelher, you read right. I have had trouble losing weight for so many years and I've took some pics. However I'm one of those who drop x amount of pounds but still perceive myself as the same size as before. Then in my mind I wasn't really sure what to expect. But I thank you greatly for your comment to reassure myself.

I was sleeved on 12/07/16. My heavy weight was 362 lbs. I was down to 357 lbs when starting my pre op diet. This morning my scales showed 326.9 lbs. With total weight loss of 35.1 lbs. I'm worried I'm not losing enough for being four days shy of one month post op. Anyone else feeling this way?

I was feeling the same about my scales lol. But I've noticed a pattern when I'm having trouble with my bowels moving my weight stalks. Soon as my bowels get back to moving the weight start making falling back off. Just hang in there we can do this!!!
